The rates depend on the season, the length of stay and the number of guests. Please contact us for an individual offer.

The main house can accommodate up to 6 people, the pool house plus 2 adults and 2 children. The property is ideal for 1 or 2 families.

Sorry, no animals allowed.

The pool is available from April to October and can be heated. However, the heating causes extra costs of € 100 / week.

CAR RENT

You want to explore the island and drive to some of the more remote bays and beaches?

We suggest you book a rental car during your stay – many rental firms are located at the airport

AIRPORT-TRANSFER

We can offer to organize a private transfer from Olbia airport to Stazzu M. :

1. rent a car (Mercedes) 1 -3 persons – 80,00 – 90,00 EUR per way
2. rent a minivan (Mercedes) 4 – 6 persons – 120,00 EUR per way

Depending on season and time.

LOCAL SERVICES

You will be introduced to the house by Martina Kösling (ANGULUS RIDET). For further advice, maps, restaurant recommendations she will be there for you.

Additional services, such as:

• House cleaning (300 – 400 EUR)
• Laundry (depending on request and effort)
• Babysitter – German, English, Italian and French speaking (EUR 15-20/h,
depending on hours and night surcharge)
• Boat trips, private or in groups

can be booked through ANGULUS RIDET directly – payment in cash.

Check-in:      03.00 – 08.00 p.m.
Check-out:    till 10.00 a.m.

Early check-in possible if house is available. Extra costs of 300 EUR

Late check-in after 08.00 p.m. is possible but it could be that there are extra-charges involved. Please check before booking.

Late check-out till 07.00 p.m., if allowed by the booking situation. Charges are 50% of the daily rate.
